BILLING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
In order to prepare your order for purchase, we will need
some information from you. We will need to know where we are
to ship your purchase, so that we may calculate your shipping
charges and sales taxes (if applicable).
Please note, if you are paying by credit card that the billing
address and phone number must match that of the card holder. For your
safety payments will be verified with the card issuing bank.
NOTE: Mount-Cashmere will gladly exchange your order within 15 days or refund your order
within 7 days of delivery on regular price merchandise. Sale items are exchangeable
only within 7 days. Items must be returned as instructed in your parcel.
Please contact Mount-Cashmere prior to ordering if you need an extension on your
Exchange or Return. No exceptions will be made if Mount-Cashmere was not notified
at the time of order. A sensible time frame will be considered. For hygiene purposes,
we cannot accept any exchange or return products that have been worn, washed or with
hang tags that have been removed. Please ensure that the garment is neatly folded
in a secure parcel before sending it back to Mount-Cashmere. Do not hesitate to
contact Mount-Cashmere with any questions regarding your return or exchange.

When using a PROMO CODE, your discount will be taken at the time of processing. However, your percentage discount will NOT appear on the checkout page. We will confirm your discount by email after your order is complete. |
